Naturally, Blythe is drawn to balance, proportion, and presence — creating weddings that feel elevated and effortless without feeling staged or excessive. She believes great design doesn’t need to compete for attention; it needs to make sense and make a statement.
With over a decade of experience working with florals, event flow, and wedding logistics, Blythe brings both creative direction and practical awareness to every wedding she takes on. She understands how design choices influence not only how a wedding looks, but how it feels and moves throughout the day.

CASSIDY
Lead Floral Designer & Event Manager
Cassidy plays a key role in bringing the SimpleToPerfect vision to life, supporting both floral design and event execution with consistency, care, and attention to detail. Her experience in client-facing, detail-driven environments allows her to manage expectations, anticipate needs, and keep complex wedding days running smoothly.
As a floral designer, Cassidy has a strong eye for composition, scale, and how design elements translate from concept to execution. She works closely with the creative direction of each wedding, ensuring florals and décor are installed thoughtfully and cohesively within the overall design plan.
In her role as Event Manager, Cassidy is deeply involved in the flow and logistics of the wedding day. She helps manage timelines, coordinates moving parts behind the scenes, and ensures details are handled calmly and efficiently — allowing the experience to feel seamless for both couples and vendors.
